Nick Mastroluisi, MBA, CPA, CA, CBV, TEP

Nick has been providing accounting and tax advice and other financial services to his clients for nearly 40 years. His clients include businesses of all sizes and across numerous industries as well as individuals, estates, trusts and partnerships.  His experience gives him a keen understanding of his clients’ needs.

In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant, Nick is also a Chartered Business Valuator.  In this role, he has extensive experience and expertise in the field of business valuation and other litigation support services such as income for support calculations and loss quantification. In his capacity as a CBV, he has been qualified as an expert witness in Ontario courts on numerous occasions, primarily in the context of family law matters.

Nick also taught taxation as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Financial Management Services in the McMaster University DeGroote School of Business from 1985 until 2015.

Nick retired from the firm on December 31, 2020, but continues to be involved with serving our clients as a key advisor.
