Mike Mastroluisi, MBA, CPA, CA

Mike is a 2010 graduate of McMaster University where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree – accounting major. He then obtained a Master of Business Administration degree – finance major, from McMaster University in 2013. Mike worked with a national accounting firm in their audit practice where he obtained his CPA, CA designation prior to joining Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP in 2016.

Mike has significant experience in planning, performing and managing assurance engagements. With a focus on private middle market and not-for-profit organizations, Mike brings extensive knowledge with regards to creating efficiencies in the assurance process while providing valuable advice to his clients.

Mike continues to work with a variety of companies and organizations in industries that include manufacturing, construction, retail and with not-for-profit organizations who have varying missions and mandates. His attention to detail and knowledge of current accounting standards and issues has allowed Mike to provide high quality and value-added services to his client while ensuring that they meet all reporting, accounting and disclosure requirements. Mike also enjoys working with his clients on a personal level to provide general financial planning and tax advice.
