Michael Chesla, CPA, CA

Michael is a Supervisor of Accounting and Assurance at Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP. Michael graduated summa cum laude from the Honours Bachelor of Commerce Program (specializing in Accounting) at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business in 2013. Having a keen interest in financial and budget analysis, and, driving operational effectiveness and efficiency, he completed his Master of Business Administration (specializing in Business Analytics) at Brock University’s Goodman School of Business in 2019.

Michael obtained his CPA, CA designation in 2017 while articling for a national accounting firm. He has extensive experience in planning, performing, and leading audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as completing corporate and sales tax filing requirements. Michael has had the pleasure of serving clients in the following industries: automotive dealerships, construction and skilled trades, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, franchised services, manufacturing, professional practices, real estate, transportation and logistics, and the public sector.
