Brennan is a Senior Manager focusing on tax planning for Canadian private companies and their shareholders. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Canadian corporation taxation and accounting for income taxes. His experience also includes financial statement preparation and analysis as well as estate and date of death tax planning.
Brennan graduated with distinction from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2006. Brennan obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2009 at a National accounting firm and has completed Parts 1 and 2 of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course as well as the CICA Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course.
Brennan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sons of Italy Charitable Corporation operating as Villa Italia retirement residence. He has served as the treasurer for the past four years.
